About this Cocktail

Toasted pineapple muddled with spiced brown-sugar syrup, shaken hard with Appleton 8 YO: Spanish Town sunshine in coupe form.

Recipe

Steps:

  • Torch pineapple chunks 10 s; muddle with syrup & bitters.
  • Add rum and ice; shake 15 s.
  • Double-strain into coupe; garnish.

Garnish:

Pine-leaf spear + toasted-sugar pineapple chunk
