About this Cocktail

A twist on the classic daiquiri, strawberry syrup infused with rosemary using Appleton reserve, smoked off with a oak smoke top.

Recipe

Steps:

  • In a shaker and 1 1/2oz strawberry rosemary syrup,
  • 1/2oz lime juice 2oz Appleton reserve. Shake to combine ingredients.
  • Serve in chilled coupe, smoked off with oak smoker garnish with a lime wheel and rosemary , torch rosemary to release aroma.

Garnish:

Dehydrated lime wheel + torched rosemary sprig
