About this Cocktail

Inspired by a staple in my Jamaican and Indian household…Curry.

Recipe

Steps:

  • Add lime juice, curry paste into 20% volume of coconut milk. Let curdle for 20 minutes
  • Strain through coffee filter
  • Add spiced syrup, coconut curry whey and Appleton Signature rum into a shaker with ice and shake
  • Pour over fresh ice.
  • Garnish with grated nutmeg
