About this Cocktail

A heavenly mix of the tropical flavors of mango, pineapple, mint with hint of citrus, highlighted by the smooth undertones of Appleton Reserve 8 Year Old

Brandy Snifter

Steps:

Mix creme de menthe, blue curacao and melon liqueur in the Snifter. Set aside.
Stir together pineapple juice, mango daiquiri mix, lemon juice, triple sec and ¾oz of Appleton 8 Year Old Reserve in a shaker
Add ice to snifter and gently pour pineapple mixture over ice.
Top with remainder of Appleton 8YO Reserve rum.
Garnish with mango slice.
