The deep and rich aroma and flavor profile is enhance by going a step further to emphasize the earthy notes by smoking the cocktail with pecan flavored wood chips. A robust rum forward cocktail.

Recipe

Steps:

  • In shaker muddle 1 lime wedge and 2 sprigs of thyme.
  • Add syrups, rum, and lime juice to shaker.
  • Add ice to shaker and shake ingredients vigorously.
  • Double strain cocktail in chilled glass over ice.
  • Smoke cocktail with pecan flavored wood chips for 10 seconds.
