Steps:

  • Muddle ginger in a shaker tin.
  • Add pineapple juice, simple syrup, lime juice, Signature rum and Amaretto to shaker with muddled ginger and shake well.
  • Add grenadine to Rocks glass then add ice.
  • Pour mixture over ice in Rocks glass.
  • Garnish with pineapple wedge.
